'...Casting stormier weather over the usually bluer skies of Feather House's world, the opening title track is the darkest song from his work to date - and it's marvellous! A mixture of trembling melody and spoken word creating an unsettling atmosphere, while casting shadows reminiscent of Tindersticks' chamber-pop. 'Boxful of Memories' finds us in more familiar territory, drawing the light through the trees that we've become accustomed to with a Feather House EP, before 'Twenty Three - Fifty One' journeys back to the darker neck of the woods. Feather House has done it again, creating all encompassing songs with charm, gravitas and grace.' - Vandalism Begins At Home Magazine (E-ZINE #7)

The cover artwork is a picture that I made on my kitchen floor out of various bits and bobs that I found outside the flat where I live. Unfortunately it no longer exists as I had to sweep it all up! The horse design relates to the first line of the Chorus on the track iLLUMiN8... "His Spirit is strong like a horse..."
