The song 'The Swimmers' takes it's title from the film of the same name, a true story of two refugee sisters from Syria. Yusra and Sarah Mardini fled their home in war-torn Damascus and ended up literally swimming for their lives across the choppy Mediterranean seas, before competing at the Rio Olympic Games. Their story highlights the plight faced by refugees the world over and echoes the cries of a voiceless people longing to be seen as more than just a number. No-one gets to decide where they're born, refugees are individuals who share the same hopes and dreams we all aspire to...

'Somersault' whispers a gentle reminder to find a moment to unwind and catch our breath when we're being thrown about in all directions somersaulting through the air. The grassy hills we find ourselves rolling down can either be joyous and playful or make us feel like we're spinning out of control... Letting out to breathe in.
